Return Policy

1. Cancellation of an order just placed (within 12 hours).

  1. If you made an order and change your mind after a few hours, you can cancel it on the Order HistoryMy Account page or in the order confirmation email at the very bottom.
  2. If during the verification process by our security team, it turns out that your IP address is associated with a previous early fraud warning, we have the right to unilaterally cancel the order and issue you a refund.
  3. Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on a customer’s statement. Stripe or PayPal fees for the original payment will not be refunded.

2. Return unopened products.

  1. If you change your mind and would like to return recently received unopened products, you can return them to Masha’s Nails Shop within 7 calendar days of receipt of item(s).
  2. Our return policy expires in 7 days! If it has been more than 7 days, you can no longer return them and receive a refund. But in any case, you have the right to receive warranty service for this product.
  3. To return an item(s), please email customer service at  mail@4nails.us or via WhatsApp at +1(714)204-5993.
  4. Make sure to reference your order number and the name of the product.
  5. Allow us a 24-hour response time.
  6. In our reply, we will give you instructions on how to send this product back to us.
  7. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned items.
  8. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a trackable method.
  9. You must return all items undamaged, in their original box, and in saleable condition.
  10. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your refund. Please note that there will be a 20% restocking fee (Stripe fees, PayPal fees, and delivery fees do not count) on all returned unopened items.
  11. Stripe or PayPal fees for the original payment and delivery fees will not be refunded.
  12. Please allow at least 5 working days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.
  13. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  14. Product Return Service is only available for purchases made in the United States.
  15. Masha’s Nails Shop reserves the right to refuse a return without further explanation.

3. Return opened products.

  1. If you opened the box, tried the product, and for some reason didn’t like it, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt of item(s).
  2. In this case, our return policy expires in 14 days! If it has been more than 14 days, you can no longer return the products and receive a refund. But in any case, you have the right to receive warranty service for this product.

4. Shortage or product discrepancy claims.

  1. If you have received your products and found that some parts are missing, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt of item(s). Send us a photo or video of what was in the box. On our end, we will try to quickly send you the missing part(s). If it has been more than 7 days, you can no longer claim a refund or replacement. But in any case, you have the right to receive warranty service for this product.
  2. If you find that your product does not match the description and you received something else by mistake, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt of item(s). If it has been more than 7 days you can no longer claim a refund or replacement. But in any case, you have the right to receive warranty service for this product.
  3. In these cases, in order to return or ask for a replacement product, please email customer service at mail@4nails.us or via WhatsApp at  +1(714)204-5993.
  4. Make sure to reference your order number and the name of the product.
  5. Send us a photo or video showing you have a discrepancy in your products.
  6. Allow us a 24-hour response time.
  7. In our reply, we will give you instructions on how to send the product back to us.
  8. We will send you a prepaid postage label so you can pack and ship the item to us.
  9. You must return all items undamaged, in their original box, and in saleable condition.
  10. After receiving the products and inspecting the condition of the item(s), we will send you exactly the item you ordered or make a full refund.

5. Damaged or lost package.

  1. All orders shipped to other countries are fully insured for a full refund in case the package gets lost. Only Stripe or PayPal fees for the original payment and delivery fees will not be refunded in this case.
  2. If you receive a parcel with obvious signs of damage, then we strongly ask you to film the moment of unpacking, so that you have proof that the parcel was damaged during transportation.
  3. Our store ships goods on a FOB basis. FOB shipping point indicates that the title and responsibility of goods transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods are placed on a delivery vehicle. Therefore, the seller is not responsible for the goods during delivery.
  4. Masha`s Nails Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  5. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Policy updates.

  1. Masha’s Nails Shop may update this Return Policy at any time.
  2. We encourage you to review our Return Policy periodically.
  3. By placing an order with us you agree to our Return Policy.
