Return and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation (within 12 hours)
If you placed an order and changed your mind, you may cancel it within 12 hours via your Order History – My Account page or the cancellation link at the bottom of your confirmation email. If our security system detects that your IP address is associated with prior fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice and issue a refund. Please note: Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your bank statement. Stripe, Affirm, and PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable.
2. Return of Unopened Items (within 7 days)
If you decide to return unopened items, you may do so within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. Return requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new, undamaged, and resalable condition with original packaging.
Resalable condition means:
- No signs of use
- Original packaging
- Clean and intact
- All accessories and documentation included

- Include your order number and product name.
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method. After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee (excluding shipping and payment processing fees). Shipping charges and Stripe, Affirm, and PayPal fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return for processing.
Items marked as “Final Sale” (from the Sale page) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Return service is available only for orders placed and delivered within the USA. Masha’s Nails Shop reserves the right to decline a return without explanation.
3. Return of Opened Items (within 14 days)
If you opened and tried the item but are not satisfied, you may return it within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must still be returned in clean, undamaged, and resalable condition with original packaging and all accessories. Opened items are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee (excluding shipping and payment processing fees). All other return conditions (contact info, return procedure, customer-paid shipping, etc.) are the same as in section 2. Items from the Sale page are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We only process returns for orders delivered within the United States.
4. Missing Parts or Incorrect Items
If your order is missing parts or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, product name, and clear photo or video evidence.

- We will reply within 24 hours with instructions.
If the mistake is on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label and send you the correct item or issue a full refund. Returned items must be in resalable condition, as described above. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted, but you may still request warranty service.
5. Damaged or lost package.
- All international orders are fully insured against loss (shipping and processing fees excluded).
- If your package arrives visibly damaged, please record a video of the unboxing as proof.
- We ship FOB (Free On Board) — responsibility transfers to the buyer once the product is handed to the carrier.
- Masha’s Nails Shop is not liable for lost or damaged items during shipping.
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim is resolved.
6. Exchange Option
In some cases, we may offer an exchange instead of a return. Please contact us to discuss this option.
7. Policy Updates
Masha’s Nails Shop may update this Return and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Return and Cancellation Policy.
