Return Policy

1. Return unopened products

  1. If you change your mind and would like to return your recently purchased and unopened products, you can return them to Masha’s Nails Shop within 7 calendar days of receipt of item(s). Our return policy expires in 7 days. If it has been past 7 days, you can no longer receive a refund.
  2. Please note that there will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.
  3. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned items.
  4. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a trackable method.
  5. You must return all items undamaged, in their original box, and in saleable condition.
  6. Any item you wish to return must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or receipt from the Masha’s Nails store.
  7. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  8. Product Return Service is only available for purchases made in the United States.
  9. Masha’s Nails Shop reserves the right to refuse a return.

2. Return Process

  1. To return an item, please email customer service at or via WhatsApp at +1(714)204-5993. Let us know that you would like to return an unpacked item and allow us a 24-hour response time.
  2. Be sure to write the name of the product and the order number or a screenshot of the invoice.
  3. Then we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  4. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your copy of the invoice and mail your return to the following address:

3. Refunds

  1. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

4. Return damaged or defective products

We pride ourselves on providing our customers with quality nail care products.

  1. If you receive any damaged or defective products in your purchase from please email customer service at or via WhatsApp at +1(714)204-5993.
  2. Make sure to reference your order number and allow us a 24-hour response time.
  3. Please note: shortage, discrepancy, or damage in products must be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt of item(s).
  4. Please do not discard any boxes or wrapping supplies until the issue is resolved.
  5. If you receive a parcel with obvious signs of damage, then we strongly ask you to film the moment of unpacking, so that you have proof that the parcel was damaged during transportation.
  6. Sometimes some problems can be solved by you remotely using our support team. But if after several attempts it becomes clear that you cannot fix it yourself, we will ask you to send your package back to us for replacement.
  7. The items must be in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  8. We will request proof of purchase and to have the defective product returned to us.
  9. We will send you a prepaid USPS label so you can pack and ship the package to us.
  10. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will either fix the defect or send you a new one.
