Thank you for your interest in the products of Masha`s Nails Shop. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with quality nail care products. But sometimes it happens that repairs need to be carried out. We are ready to do it quickly and efficiently. We provide quality warranty service only for electrical goods purchased from the “Equipment” category.
2. Warranty Period.
How can you find out more about the warranty period? First, in the item description on the website page, we usually state the warranty period. The User Manual may also state this warranty. We also place this information in your paid invoice. If you cannot find this information, then the standard warranty is 3 months from the date of purchase. Please keep the original packaging of the product until the end of the warranty period.
3. What do you have to do?
- Order number and date.
- Describe the problem. How long have you been using the device?
- Take a few photos and videos to show what the problem is and send via WhatsApp at +1(714)204-5993.
- Allow us a 24-hour response time.
- Sometimes it is possible to solve the problem remotely without needing to ship the device to us. Perhaps after a couple of our tips, voila, the problem is gone! But if repairs are required, we will then ask you to send your device back to us.
- In our reply, we will give you instructions on how to send the product back to us.
- Before shipping, please make sure that you package the device and any included accessories.
- Safely package the items, making sure to include a copy of your invoice.
- Although we will process and perform warranty and paid repairs, shipping to and from our warehouse is the buyer’s responsibility!
4. What will we do to correct problems?
During the Warranty Period, Masha`s Nails Shop will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Masha`s Nails Shop will either repair or replace the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. A replacement or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original item. However, if the breakdown occurred due to operator error or negligence, then the Seller has the right to request payment for the repair.
5. What does the warranty not cover?
This warranty does not apply:
- If there are traces of mechanical damage, such as after being dropped, abused, or mishandled.
- If the device was not purchased from our store.
- If the item was sold with a big discount on the Sale page.
- If you bought a used item on the Sale page.
- Opening any part of a device may void any applicable warranties.
- Other exceptions to the warranty are listed in the Manual.
- Due to our warehouse location, we are only able to process warranty claims for items purchased and shipped to the USA.
6. Policy updates.
Masha’s Nails Shop may update this Warranty Policy at any time. We encourage you to review our Warranty Policy periodically. By placing an order with us you agree to our Warranty Policy.
