Thank you for your interest in the products of Masha`s Nails Shop. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with quality nail care products. But sometimes it happens that repairs need to be carried out. We are ready to do it quickly and efficiently. We provide quality warranty service only for electrical goods purchased from the “Equipment” category. Sometimes some problems can be solved by you remotely using our support team. But if after several attempts it becomes clear that you cannot fix it yourself, we will ask you to send your package back to us for replacement.
2. What do you have to do?
To start the process сontact us via WhatsApp at +1(714)204-5993 and provide the following information:
- Order number and date
- Describe the problem. How long have you been using the device?
- Take a few photos and videos to show what the problem is and send via WhatsApp at +1(714)204-5993.
- Before shipping please make sure that you package the device and any included accessories.
- Safely package the items, making sure to include a copy of your invoice, and send the parcel to the following address:

- The buyer is fully responsible for all shipping expenses incurred for warranty repairs/replacements.
3. Warranty Period.
How can you find out about the warranty period?
First, in the item description on the website page, we usually state the warranty period.
The User Manual may also state this warranty. We also place this information in your paid invoice. If you cannot find this information, then the default warranty is 3 months from the date of purchase. Please keep the original packaging of the product until the end of the warranty period.
4. What will we do to correct problems?
During the Warranty Period, Masha`s Nails Shop will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Masha`s Nails Shop will either repair or replace the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. A replacement or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original item. But, if the breakdown occurred due to the fault of the buyer, then the Seller has the right to demand payment for the repair.
5. What does the warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover:
- The device is used outside of the United States.
- The item being dropped, abused, or mishandled.
- Opening any part of a device may void any applicable warranties.
- If the device was not purchased from our store.
- If the item was sold with a big discount on the Sale page.
- If you bought a used item on the Sale page.
- Other exceptions to the warranty are listed in the Manual.
