Warranty Policy

1. Warranty.

Thank you for your interest in the products of Masha`s Nails Shop. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with quality nail care products. Sometimes repairs are necessary, and we are committed to performing them quickly and efficiently. We provide quality warranty service only for electrical goods purchased from the “Equipment” category.

2. Warranty Period.

You can find warranty period details in the product description on our website, your User Manual, or your paid invoice. If you cannot locate this information, the standard warranty period is 3 months from the date of purchase. Please retain the original packaging until the warranty expires.

3. What do you have to do?

To initiate a warranty claim, email customer service at [email protected] or contact via  WhatsApp at +1(657)457-0043 and provide the following information:

  1. Order number and date.
  2. Detailed description of the issue and duration of use.
  3. Photos and videos demonstrating the issue sent via WhatsApp.

Allow 24 hours for our response. We may be able to resolve your issue remotely. If repairs are necessary, we will instruct you on how to ship the product to us.

4. Packaging and Shipping Requirements for Warranty Returns.

  • It is strongly recommended that the customer insure the shipment for the full product value against loss or damage during transit. The supplier (store) is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during shipment to or from the customer. The customer is solely responsible for resolving shipping issues directly with the shipping service provider, including all related expenses.
  • Secure packaging is required. Wrap the product thoroughly with bubble wrap to protect it from drops and impacts. Select a sturdy shipping box. Ensure at least 2 inches of space around the product inside the box. Fill empty spaces with soft packing material to prevent movement during shipping. Do not ship in the manufacturer’s original box alone. If available, place the product in its original packaging, then inside a sturdy shipping box.
  • Include a copy of the original invoice clearly showing the order date and serial number, or provide a copy of the last page of the User Manual where the purchase date and serial number are recorded. Without one of these documents, warranty repairs will not be performed.
  • All shipping costs related to warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.

5. What will we do to correct problems?

During the warranty period, Masha’s Nails Shop will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts proven defective due to improper material or workmanship under normal use. We use new or refurbished replacement parts. The warranty for replacements or repaired parts extends only to the remainder of the original warranty period. Repairs resulting from operator error or negligence may incur charges. Warranty repair turnaround time: 2–5 business days after receiving the product. If repairs are not possible, we will replace the product with a new one.

6. What does the warranty not cover?

This warranty does not apply in the following situations:

  • Evidence of mechanical damage (dropping, mishandling, abuse).
  • Products not purchased from our store.
  • Items purchased with a substantial discount.
  • Used items purchased from the Sale page.
  • Products showing signs of attempted self-repair or modifications.
  • Other warranty exceptions listed in the User Manual.
  • Warranty claims for items purchased or shipped outside the USA. International warranty claims are not considered.

7. Limitation of Liability.

Masha’s Nails Shop is not responsible for any indirect damages, including but not limited to lost profits, inconveniences, etc.

8. Policy updates.

Masha’s Nails Shop may update this Warranty Policy at any time. We encourage you to review our policy periodically. By placing an order, you agree to our Warranty Policy.
