Return Policy / Shipping
Instructions to return a product:
If you change your mind and would like to return your recently purchased and unopened products, you must contact us within a week of receiving your order. Please note that there will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned items. We recommend USPS to ship your returns. Please allow 10 business days for your credit card return to be processed after we receive it. You must return all items undamaged and in their original box. Any item you wish to return must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or receipt from the Masha’s Nails store. If you received an item in our mistake, we will reimburse you for the shipping cost via USPS. All items sold from the Sale page are limited edition items and are final sale items. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or defective products
We pride ourselves on providing our customers with quality nail care products. If you receive any damaged or defective products in your purchase from 4nails.us we will gladly replace the item absolutely free. Please contact us within 14 days from your receiving date to exchange items. We will request proof of purchase and to have the defective product returned to us. We will reimburse you the cost of shipping via USPS. The items must be in it’s original packaging and must be returned in it’s original condition.
Orders $0-$99, weight for each parcel up to 9.9 pounds = $5
Orders Over $100 = Free! (applied USA inland only)
Orders processed outside of the contiguous US like Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and for the international will be subject to the full cost shipping even for orders over $100.
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
Standard USPS Priority delivery usually arrives within 2 – 5 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 days handling time. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.
Business Days & Holidays
Orders are processed and ship Monday – Friday within 2 business days, with the exception of holidays in which our facility is closed. (Only applies to products in stock at the time the order is placed.)
Our facility is closed and will not ship or process orders on the following Holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- President’s Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
Orders placed on the listed holidays will be processed on the next full business day. Any time our facility is closed for a period of time not listed, we will alert customers prior to closing on the website shop pages.
